Textbook Pickup

Please allow 2 business days to process your order.

You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and a second email to notify you that your order is ready for pickup.

Valid picture ID is required to pick up orders. LumiSight UH App clearance and a face mask is required to enter the bookstore. "Ship to" name on order must match the name of the person picking up the order.

Shipping fees may also apply for special textbook orders.

Backordered titles will be charged to the customer, and an email notification will be sent, as they arrive. Refund policies and deadlines apply to all backordered books. Customer is responsible for cancelling any unwanted backorders prior to order processing.

Online or telephone textbook orders placed or created after January 12, 2024 will be all sales final. Online and telephone textbook orders are subject to bookstore Return Policies. Last day for Spring 2024 textbook returns is January 12, 2024.

After January 12, 2024, unclaimed book orders past the 5-day pick-up window will be issued store credit and charged with a non-refundable 20% restocking fee.

Please pick up your Spring 2024 textbook pick up orders by January 26, 2024 or within one week of processing, in the case of late orders or backordered titles.
