Within the "Special Instructions" box upon checkout, please include:

1. Your department name
2. The system administrator's name
3. The system administrator's Adobe VIP number (if applicable)
4. Most importantly, we will need the email address of the system administrator responsible for installing your Adobe software. Only the administrator has access to installation files and serial numbers.

Shared device license is installed and “licensed” once to a single device, regardless of how many users there are for that device.
