With the COVID-19 pandemic affecting our community, we would like to assure you that the health and safety of our customers and our staff are our top priority. Our bookstore management and staff have implemented enhancements to promote safety as well as social distancing measures during this challenging time. Yes, a special $5 flat rate shipping fee will be offered for all web orders with a Hawaiʻi shipping addresses (excludes mainland and international shipping) during the month of August. Some restrictions may apply.

You have 14 calendar days from day of purchase to return merchandise for a refund. Merchandise must be returned in its original unopened packaging. All sales are final on computer hardware, software, clearance, and demonstration merchandise.The last day to refund textbooks is August 28, 2020. A 20% restocking fee may apply for select merchandise. Receipts are required for all refunds and exchanges. Please continue to check our website for all updates.

Yes, the bookstore is implementing procedures to make the customer experience safe and convenient as possible. To pick up your web orders, we will be offering drive-up, pick up service and a secure locker system. In addition, we will be limiting the amount of customers who will be able to enter the store. All students must order their textbooks online.

Yes, the Mānoa Bookstore will still be open for in-person pick up. Students must order their textbooks online. Remember to practice social distancing and wear a face mask when coming into the bookstore.

For in-store web order pick-ups: Once the order is processed, you will receive an email informing you that your pick-up order is ready. You can stop by the Mānoa Bookstore to pick up your order either by drive-up pick up, secure locker, or service desk by appointment.

Yes, UH employees and staff are able to purchase a UH-logo face mask for work. Limited to 5 masks total per employee. Please bring your UH ID.

Yes, you'll be able to purchase sanitation products/PPE for your office in-store, and we are working on a centralized website at the Mānoa Bookstore. Look out for more information soon!

Yes, Campus Solutions at the Mānoa Bookstore is now offering COVID-prevention decals for purchase and use for your department or office needs. To view designs and to order decals, visit the Campus Solutions website at: https://www.bookstore.hawaii.edu/manoa/cs_covid_decals.asp
