You have 14 calendar days from day of purchase to return merchandise for a refund. Merchandise must be returned in its original unopened packaging. All sales are final on computer hardware, software, clearance, and demonstration merchandise. The last day to refund textbooks for the Fall 2024 semester is August 30, 2024. A 20% restocking fee may apply for select merchandise. Receipts are required for all refunds and exchanges. Please continue to check our website for all updates.

Yes, this fall, students must order their textbooks online. To obtain your web orders, we will be offering free in-store pick up and shipping (standard shipping rates and restrictions apply ).

Once an order is processed, students will usually be able to pick up their order in 24 business hours. Please allow more time for processing during the busy period at the beginning of the semester. For shipping, please view our shipping information.

Yes, students ordering textbooks online by August 15 will receive a $10 OFF bookstore coupon on a future purchase of UH apparel, minimum purchase of $40 required, and be entered to win a pair of AirPods.

Yes, the Mānoa Bookstore will be open for in-person pick up. Students must order their textbooks online this fall.

For in-store web order pick-ups: Once the order is processed, you will receive an email informing you that your pick-up order is ready. You can stop by the Mānoa Bookstore during store hours. Please check our website for updated store hours.

Please bring a valid picture ID to pick up your book orders. The "ship to" name on order must match the name of the person picking up the order.

Online textbook orders placed or created after August 30, 2024 will be all sales final. Online orders are subject to bookstore Return Policies. Last day for Fall 2024 textbook returns is August 30, 2024. After August 30, 2024, unclaimed book orders past the 5-day pick-up window may be assessed a 20% restocking fee.
