• Prices shown for attire are for complete sets. A set includes Cap, Gown, Tassel, Hood (for masters and phd), and Collar for Bachelor women.
• Submitted orders are considered as offers to purchase and acceptance of the offer does not take place until the customer's credit card has been charged and the order has been shipped.
• The bookstore is not responsible for incorrect links or pricing errors on our site. In the event of an incorrect price, the customer will be contacted of the error before any action is taken.
• In some instances, items ordered may no longer be available. If items ordered are not in stock, the bookstore will process the items which are available and cancel the remaining items.

Web Order Refunds and Returns for Graduation Caps, Gowns, Tassels, Collars, and Hoods

• Graduation caps, gowns, tassels, collars, and hoods cannot be returned after the date of the commencement exercises, for the term in which the merchandise was purchased, regardless if the merchandise was used or not.

• Payment is required at the time of order.
• No changes to the content of the announcement can be made once the order has been placed.
• NO REFUNDS are given once the order is placed.

Web Order Refunds and Returns for Graduation Announcement Seals and Thank You Cards

• Graduation announcement seals and thank you cards purchased through this website can be returned for refund or exchange.
• Merchandise must be in new and saleable condition.
• Only the cost of the merchandise will be refunded, any shipping costs will not be refunded unless the return is due to an error from the bookstore.
