| The UH Medical Bookstore was originally run by a small cadre of dedicated volunteers for the John A. Burns School of Medicine. In 1991, the University of Hawai'i Bookstore was asked to assume its operation. Since then, the UH Medical Bookstore has been a division of the University of Hawai'i Bookstore network.
We presently serve the students and faculty of the John A. Burns School of Medicine, doctors, attorneys, and health-related professionals from various clinics, hospitals, and government agencies in Hawai'i and other Pacific Rim areas. Our direct links to major medical book publishers enable us to constantly update our inventory with the latest editions and new releases. Now, via the Internet, we can help anyone, anywhere in the world, keep up-to-date with the most current medical publications.
